Overview
Rutinacea Complete is a dietary supplement for adults. It contains vitamin C, selenium, zinc, rutoside, and bioflavonoids. Vitamin C, selenium, and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C and zinc protect cells from oxidative stress, while selenium helps maintain healthy hair and nails and supports normal thyroid function. Vitamin C can also reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Recommended Use
Adults: 1 tablet twice daily.

L-ascorbic acid, filler: sorbitol, corn starch, rutoside, filler: mannitol, bitter orange extract, zinc gluconate, flavoring, sodium selenite, coating agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, binder: polyvinylpyrrolidone, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, sweeteners: aspartame, sucralose, acesulfame K, saccharin. 2 tablets contain: Vitamin C 120 mg (150 %), rutoside 50 mg, zinc 2 mg (20 %), selenium 16 µg (29 %), bitter orange extract 33.33 mg, of which bioflavonoids 20 mg.
