DosageAdults and children over 12 years (over 30 kg body weight):
- 1 tablet (10 mg) once daily, preferably in the morning before breakfast.
Children from 2 to 12 years, depending on body weight:
- under 30 kg: 5 mg once daily in the morning
- over 30 kg: 10 mg once daily in the morning
