Ingredients
1 capsule contains:
Active ingredient: Loratadine 10 mg and excipients: Macrogol 400, Glycerin, Hydrochloric acid, Gelatin, Sorbitol, Cochineal Red E124, Patent Blue E131, purified water.
Indications
Treatment of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis such as sneezing, swelling of the nasal mucosa, nasal discharge, itching and burning of the eyes. Symptomatic treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria.
Effect
The medicine relieves the symptoms of allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria.
Dosage
For oral use.
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 capsule daily.
Children from 3 to 12 years: 5 mg once daily (if body weight is under 30 kg) or 10 mg once daily (if body weight is over 30 kg).
In adults and children with a body weight > 30 kg and liver insufficiency, treatment begins with a dose of 10 mg every other day.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to loratadine or other components of the preparation. Pregnancy. Children up to the age of 2 years.
