Description
Gripex Hot is a medicinal product in the form of a powder for the preparation of an oral solution, used for colds, flu, or flu-like symptoms. Gripex Hot contains three active ingredients: paracetamol, vitamin C, and phenylephrine and has a comprehensive effect: it clears the nose, helps against fever and pain. The medicine can be administered to adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
Composition
The active ingredients of the medicine are: paracetamol (paracetamolum), ascorbic acid (acidum ascorbicum), phenylephrine hydrochloride (phenylephrini hydrochloridum)
1 sachet contains 650 mg paracetamol, 50 mg ascorbic acid, and 10 mg phenylephrine hydrochloride.
Excipients: aspartame (E 951), sucrose, citric acid, sodium citrate, lemon flavor, acesulfame potassium (E 950), quinoline yellow (E 104).
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as instructed by your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The medicine is taken orally after dissolving the contents of the sachet in a glass of hot water.
The medicine can be taken regardless of meals.
Gripex Hot should not be used for more than 3 to 5 days without consulting a doctor.
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 sachet every 4-6 hours.
The maximum daily dose is 6 sachets per day.
Effect
Gripex Hot acts comprehensively against flu and cold symptoms. The paracetamol contained in the medicine has antipyretic and analgesic effects, while phenylephrine clears the nose by reducing the swelling of the mucous membrane.
Indications
Gripex Hot is indicated for the relief of symptoms of colds, flu, and flu-like infections such as fever, headache, throat, muscle and bone-joint pain, as well as symptoms of inflammation of the nasal mucosa in colds and flu.
