Effect
This supplement contains the most important ingredients responsible for the health and condition of the eyes: lutein, taurine, bioflavonoids from citrus fruits, vitamin C, as well as selenium and zinc. The specially developed dietary supplement contains, in addition to the highly valuable lutein, a number of other nutrients to strengthen vision and protect the eyes from harmful environmental influences. Particularly noteworthy are selenium, zinc, and taurine. According to current understanding, lutein is one of the most important ingredients for protecting the eyes. It is a nutrient from the carotenoid group that acts like a special filter, absorbing dangerous radiation and eliminating free radicals that damage the visual organ. In combination with vitamin C and flavonoids, selenium can support the retina in fighting free radicals, which can arise both under the influence of environmental factors (poor diet, stimulants) and psychological stress. Selenium is an extremely important mineral, a powerful antioxidant, whose adequate intake in the diet is extremely important for the smooth functioning of the visual organ. Similar to selenium, taurine can eliminate free radicals that negatively affect the retina. Although the human body is able to produce this amino acid itself, this amount may prove insufficient under conditions where it is exposed to unfavorable environmental factors, poor diet, and stress. Zinc also has a protective effect, as it increases the activity of enzymes that destroy free radicals in the visual organ. In addition, this component is necessary for the conversion of vitamin A into retinol.

This complex dietary supplement is especially recommended for people whose eyes are exposed to the harmful effects of radiation, which is generated, among other things, by computer screens or television sets. It is also recommended as a preventive measure against the age-related weakening of vision.
