Properties
This medicinal product is traditionally used for urinary tract disorders. After consulting a doctor, it can be used by people with a family predisposition to diabetes as a supportive diuretic to reduce the rise in blood sugar after meals (in case of accidental hyperglycemia).
Composition
100 g of the medicinal product contain: Bean pod (Phaseoli pericarpium) – 30.0 g, Birch leaf (Betulae folium) – 20.0 g, Couch grass rhizome (Agropyri rhizoma) – 20.0 g, Blackberry leaf (Rubi fruticosi folium) – 20.0 g, Rose hips (Rosae fructus) – 10.0 g. Ethanol content: 60–70% (v/v). Packaging type and content: Bottle – 100 g.
Dosage
Adults and adolescents over 12 years: 5 ml of the medicinal product up to 4 times daily. The appropriate dose should be diluted with a little water. A measuring cup is included in the package.
Use of DIABETOFORT in children: DIABETOFORT must not be used in children under 12 years of age due to its ethanol (ethyl alcohol) content of 60–70% (v/v).
