Ingredients
- Zinc and selenium - support healthy nails.

Recommended daily dose
Adults: 1 tablet daily, preferably after a meal.

Do not use in pregnant and breastfeeding women, or in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not consume if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not consume more than 800 mg EGCG per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach.
