Valerin stimulant tablets are a herbal medicine with calming and sleep-promoting properties. Valerin calming tablets are used in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age for mild nervous tension and anxiety as well as for sleep disorders. Valerin has a sleep-promoting effect, improves the quality of sleep, and prolongs its duration.
Indications
Valerin is intended for use in mild nervous tension and anxiety as well as in sleep disorders.
Dosage
Always take this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or exactly as instructed by your doctor or pharmacist. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist. The medicine is administered orally. The dosage of Valerin for adults and children over 12 years depends on the area of application. For mild nervous tension and anxiety, 1 to 2 stimulant tablets are administered 3 times daily. For sleep disorders, 2 to 3 stimulant tablets are taken half an hour before the planned bedtime. The recommended duration of treatment is 2 to 4 weeks. If symptoms worsen or do not disappear after 2 weeks, consult your doctor.
