If your child develops mucus in the airways and a runny nose one to two days after an infection, productive cough usually occurs as well. To relieve your child's symptoms, choose MUCOSOLVAN Mini, a syrup for children from one year of age. It liquefies thick, stubborn bronchial mucus and clears the airways, making it easier to cough up and relieving the cough. The cough disappears!
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Adults and children over 12 years: 20 ml syrup twice daily. Children from 6 to 12 years: 10 ml 2 to 3 times daily. Children from 2 to 6 years: 5 ml 3 times daily. Children from 1 to 2 years: 5 ml twice daily. This dosage is recommended for the initial phase of treatment; after 14 days, the dose can be halved. The product should not be administered before bedtime.
Mode of Action
Mucosolvan Mini: Promotes expectoration, clears the airways, strengthens natural defenses, relieves urge to cough, thins mucus in the airways, and supports the self-cleaning mechanisms of the airways.
Indications
Acute and chronic lung and bronchial diseases with impaired mucus secretion and impaired mucus transport.
