Composition
Active ingredient: Duasorb system: Dextran 70 – 1 mg/ml, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose – 3 mg/ml.
Indications
As a tear substitute for diseases of dry eye such as keratoconjunctivitis sicca and Sjögren's syndrome, as well as for the prevention and treatment of associated symptoms. For temporary relief of burning and irritation in dry eyes. As a protective agent against irritation and for temporary relief of discomfort in mild eye irritations or after exposure to sun and wind.
Effect
This product contains a water-soluble polymer system that supports and replaces the moisturizing and lubricating properties of tear fluid. It enables the formation of a protective layer that adheres to the corneal surface and interacts with the components of the tear fluid. The product influences the stability of the tear film through physiological mucus secretion, thus ensuring physiological moistening of the corneal surface. It is characterized by a prolonged residence time on the ocular surface, thereby increasing corneal moisture and the resistance of the tear film. Tears Naturale II contains a preservative – 0.001% polyquaternium chloride (Polyquad). Tears Naturale Free contains no preservatives.
Dosage
If necessary, instill 1–2 drops into the conjunctival sac to relieve irritation.

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
