- high content of omega-3 fatty acids: DHA+EPA,
- natural lutein and zeaxanthin,
- vitamins (C+E) and minerals (zinc, selenium, copper), which help protect cells from oxidative stress,
- vitamin A, riboflavin, and zinc, which help maintain normal vision.
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) helps maintain normal vision. A positive effect occurs when 250 mg DHA is consumed daily.
Lutein and zeaxanthin are pigments that naturally occur in the eye, in the macula. They are not produced in the body and must be supplied through the diet.
Vitamin A, riboflavin, and zinc are essential for maintaining normal vision.
Zinc, selenium, copper, and vitamins C and E are strong antioxidants; they protect cell structures from damage caused by free radicals (oxidative stress).
Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule daily after a meal with plenty of water. Long-term use is recommended; do not combine with other mineral or vitamin A-containing preparations.
