Lecithin is a natural phospholipid derived from soy. It is present in every cell, especially as a component of cell membranes, including nerve cells (neurons) and brain cells, as well as intracellular structures.
Ingredients
Soy lecithin, capsule shell (gelatin, binder: glycerin). 1 capsule contains: 1200 mg soy lecithin.
Daily Dosage
1–2 capsules daily.
Application Area
This product is recommended as a lecithin dietary supplement, especially for: – people exposed to stress, – students, – people with fatigue or lack of concentration, – people under increased mental strain.
