The dietary supplement Doppelherz® aktiv Magnesium-B6 Forte 400 contains carefully selected ingredients that help with: proper muscle function (magnesium), proper heart function (thiamine), proper nervous system function (magnesium, vitamin B6, thiamine, vitamin B12), reduction of tiredness and fatigue (magnesium, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid), proper immune system function (vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid), maintenance of normal psychological functions (magnesium, thiamine, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid).
Directions for use
It is recommended to take half a tablet per day after a meal with plenty of water. If necessary, 1 tablet per day may also be taken. People who are sensitive to the laxative effect of magnesium (when taking more than 250 mg) should take half a tablet twice a day. Do not take on an empty stomach.
