EffectApipulmol is a syrup for adults. It has an expectorant effect and liquefies bronchial secretions. It reduces the viscosity of mucus and facilitates its transport through the bronchi by activating the cilia of the ciliated epithelium. The pine honey it contains enhances the expectorant effect of the syrup. Use of the syrup does not lead to changes in the intestinal flora.
