Nasic is a nasal spray that helps with a blocked nose during a cold or after nasal surgery. Nasic nasal spray supports the healing of the mucous membrane and improves the patency of the nasal passages. It is available without a prescription.
Composition
The active ingredients of the medicine are xylometazoline hydrochloride and dexpanthenol. 10 g of nasal spray solution contain 10 mg of xylometazoline hydrochloride and 500 mg of dexpanthenol. One dose of nasal spray contains 0.1 mg of xylometazoline hydrochloride and 5.0 mg of dexpanthenol. Other ingredients: benzalkonium chloride solution (0.02 mg per dose), potassium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium phosphate-12-hydrate (Eur.Ph), purified water.
Dosage
This nasal spray for colds should always be used exactly as described on the label or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Recommended dose for adults and children over 6 years: 1 spray in each nostril, up to 3 times daily if needed. This medicine for colds should not be used for more than 7 days unless your doctor recommends further use. Effect Nasic is a medicine for rhinitis that contains two active ingredients: xylometazoline hydrochloride and dexpanthenol.
