Indications
Relaxing remedy for mild states of nervous tension and for occasional difficulties falling asleep.
Dosage
Pour one glass of boiling water over 2 bags, cover and let steep for about 15 minutes. Drink 1 glass of the infusion 3 times daily between meals. For occasional difficulties falling asleep, it is recommended to drink 1 glass of the infusion once, 30-60 minutes before going to bed.

1 bag (2g) contains: Active ingredients: Valerian root 0.8g, yarrow herb 0.4g, peppermint herb 0.3g, lemon balm herb 0.3g, chamomile flowers 0.2g.
