1. The customer is asked to inspect the package in the presence of the courier to verify that it has not been damaged during transport, is intact, and complies with the order. Parcel verification is a free service that guarantees the highest quality of service. If the package packaging is damaged, incomplete, or the package does not match the order, the customer is asked to complete a damage report in the presence of the courier and immediately report this to the Seller.
2. Pursuant to the Act of May 31, 2014, on Consumer Rights (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 683, as amended), the customer purchasing as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract and return the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt of the package, subject to restrictions applicable to medicinal products and medical devices.
3. Medicinal products and medical devices may be returned to the pharmacy only due to a quality defect or improper dispensing, in accordance with Art. Article 96, section 6 of the Act of 6 September 2011 - Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2211, as amended).
4. In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the seller shall refund all payments received from the consumer, including the costs of delivery of the goods (excluding additional costs resulting from the consumer choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the seller), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the seller was informed of the consumer's decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the sales contract. The seller will make the refund using the same payment method that the consumer used in the initial transaction, unless the consumer expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the consumer will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.
5. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until proof of their return has been provided, whichever occurs first. Goods returned as specified in point 2 should be delivered (returned) to the pharmacy along with proof of purchase and a warranty card (for products with warranty cards). Please send all returns to:

6. The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the returned goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Products.
7. For two years from the date of purchase, the seller is liable to the customer under warranty, pursuant to the provisions of the Civil Code, in particular Articles 556 and 556(1) – 556(6) of the Civil Code. If the purchaser of the goods is not a consumer, the seller's liability under warranty is excluded pursuant to Article 558 § 1 of the Civil Code.
8. The time taken by the online pharmacy to process complaints should not exceed 14 days. Within this time, the customer will be notified of the online pharmacy's decisions and any replacement or refund.
9. All costs associated with a justified complaint are covered by the online pharmacy.
10. Complaints and warranties are not valid if the purchased products show visible mechanical damage.
11. The Seller hereby consents to the resolution of consumer disputes pursuant to the Act of September 23, 2016, on the Extra-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1823).
