1. The Buyer must provide all required information in the electronic order form to process the order. Each person placing an order must carefully complete the required fields. Personal data must be truthful. Orders containing questionable personal data will not be processed.
2. Customers who place an order online will receive an email notification confirming the order has been placed. This notification must be confirmed; otherwise, the order will not be processed and will be canceled after 3 days.
3. Selecting the "Place Order" function constitutes the order being placed. The order cannot be amended in any way.
4. Each order is accompanied by a receipt or, at the Customer's request, a VAT invoice, which must be indicated on the form when placing the order. The Pharmacy will issue a VAT invoice provided that the Buyer provides additional information in the order, particularly the Tax Identification Number (NIP). The Buyer consents to the issuance of a VAT invoice.
5. The customer is kept informed about the order status via automatically generated emails. After the courier picks up the parcel, the customer can track the current location of their shipment on the courier company's or Poczta Polska's portal. Customers who chose to pick up their order at a brick-and-mortar pharmacy are notified by text message when the order is ready for collection.
6. The customer may cancel the order until the parcel is handed over to the courier. To do so, please send a notification to info@doctorzdrowie.com.
7. The pharmacy reserves the right to charge the customer for shipping costs if delivery is impossible due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
8. Orders for which payment is not received in our account within 7 days will be canceled.
9. In rare cases, product availability may change rapidly depending on demand and inventory in the warehouse and with suppliers. A product currently displayed as available on the Pharmacy's website may be sold out when the order is placed. In such a situation, the Customer will be immediately notified by the Pharmacy and will decide whether to order a different product or receive a refund to the account they specified.
10. All products delivered to Customers are properly secured and carefully packed in a cardboard box. Each shipment includes a shipping note with the delivery address and the telephone number provided by the Customer to facilitate delivery.
11. At the Customer's request, the Pharmacy will package the order in neutral packaging (this must be indicated in the online order form). The Pharmacy guarantees full discretion.
12. The Pharmacy reserves the right to change prices and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
13. The prices of products in the "Good Price" and "Sale" categories are valid while supplies last.
14. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day. Orders placed on Fridays after 5 p.m., Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
15. After completing the order form and verifying the accuracy of the entered data, select the option to authorize the delivery company employee to collect the ordered products from our pharmacy on your behalf and for your benefit. Then, select "Proceed with order." The order will be processed. If the authorization is not accepted, the order cannot be processed.
