Package ContentsThe package of the Helicobacter Antigen Test for stool contains everything required to perform one test, i.e.: 1 test cassette and 1 moisture absorber (in a tightly sealed foil pouch). 1 container with extraction solution and an applicator for collecting stool samples 1 instruction manual for the product.
Application1. Remove the test cassette from the foil pouch and place it on a flat surface.
2. Place the collected sample into the container with the solution.
3. Shake the container vigorously to thoroughly mix the stool sample with the liquid. Then hold the end with a paper towel and break it off.
4. Squeeze the sides of the container and add 3 drops of the solution into the round window on the test cassette.
5. Read the test result after 10 minutes. Strongly positive results may be read earlier.
6. Results obtained after more than 20 minutes should not be considered.
7. The remaining liquid in the sample container should be poured into the toilet and flushed with water. After reading the result, the test and the empty container should be disposed of in household waste.
Interpretation of the Result- positive – in this case, both lines appear on the test cassette in the control area C and in the test area T;
- negative – in this case, only the line in the test window appears
