DOPPELHERZ AKTIV for joints forte - the preparation contains glucosamine with chondroitin. Vitamin C and copper support the joint cartilage and protect it from free radicals. The product is recommended for people who need to take special care of their joints: in cases of inactivity (e.g. sedentary work), overloading of the joints (overweight, sports, intensive work), after menopause, and for elderly people.
Properties
The osteoarticular system (bones, joints, ligaments) is exposed to enormous stress every day. Aging of the body, sedentary work, overweight, and excessive strain (sports, heavy work) have an additional negative impact on the condition of the joints. Moderate, regular exercise and a healthy diet, on the other hand, promote joint mobility and quality of life at any age. Glucosamine and chondroitin are substances involved in the formation of proteoglycans, important components of connective tissue. They are found in the body mainly in joint cartilage, synovial membrane, ligaments, and tendons. Joint cartilage consists of a network of collagen fibers and other substances that withstand the enormous stresses that occur during movement. Vitamin C supports the production of collagen, the main component of joint cartilage, which is responsible for the structure and strength of the cartilage. It also protects the structures of the joints, ligaments, and tendons from the effects of free radicals. Copper ensures the smooth functioning of the cartilage tissue in the joints. It protects the protein components of the cartilage tissue from damage caused by free radicals.
Usage
Take 1 capsule twice daily after a meal with sufficient liquid. Taking on an empty stomach is not recommended. For sufficient nutritional effect, take for at least 2-3 months. After a one-month break, intake can be resumed. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
