Composition
1 tablet contains: 535 mg magnesium chloride hexahydrate, i.e. 64 mg magnesium ions (5.26 mEq Mg); excipients: precipitated calcium carbonate, povidone, talc, magnesium stearate, sugar-free coating.
Indications
For the prevention and treatment of magnesium deficiency – e.g. susceptibility to stress, muscle cramps, consumption of large amounts of strong coffee.
Dosage
For oral use. The tablets must not be chewed or split. For prevention: usually 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening). For diagnosed magnesium deficiency: adults: 6 tablets daily (2 tablets in the morning and 4 tablets in the evening) for 3 weeks, then 3 tablets daily in the evening. The dosage for children over 6 years should be determined by a doctor.
