Indications
Constipation, bowel cleansing before diagnostic examinations, before and after surgical procedures, bowel cleansing of contrast medium residues after radiological examinations, bowel cleansing before and after childbirth.
Composition
1 ml solution contains 32.3 mg disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, 139 mg sodium dihydrogen phosphate monohydrate, and excipients: methylparahydroxybenzoate, purified water.
Effect
The preparation stimulates the defecation reflex.
Dosage
Rectal. Adults: 120-150 ml. Children: under 14 kg – 30 ml, from 27 kg – 60 ml, up to 40 kg – 90 ml.
Contraindications
If you are allergic to the active substance or any of the excipients, if you suffer from intestinal obstruction, anal atresia, ulcerative colitis, bleeding in the colon, if you have been diagnosed with the following diseases: heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, inflammation or symptoms of appendicitis, if the patient suffers from abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting.
