Description
Diky 4% is a spray for external use in cases of acute pain and swelling in small and medium-sized joints and the surrounding tissue. The active ingredient is diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-rheumatic drug (NSAID). Diky 4% is suitable for children from 14 years of age and adults. The active ingredient in Diky 4% is diclofenac sodium, a non-steroidal anti-rheumatic drug. In addition to its anti-inflammatory properties, the medication also has pain-relieving effects. Diky 4% is used for the local, symptomatic treatment of pain and inflammation following severe blunt trauma to small and medium-sized joints and the surrounding tissue.
Dosage
This is a medicinal product. Please use it according to the package leaflet. Do not exceed the recommended maximum dose. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist. This medicine is for external use on the skin only. Recommended dosage: Adults and children from 14 years: 4 to 5 sprays 3 times daily. The number of sprays depends on the size of the area to be treated. The maximum single dose is 5 sprays. The maximum daily dose is 15 sprays. If there is no improvement within 3 days, consult a doctor. As soon as the symptoms (pain and swelling) subside, stop the treatment. Do not use the medication for more than 7–8 days without consulting a doctor.
Application
Remove the cap. Hold the bottle upright and spray Diky 4% onto the painful or swollen area. Then massage the product into the skin. Wash your hands after use. An exception applies to the treatment of the hands. Allow Diky 4% to dry after application before putting on clothing or bandages. Moist preparations may leave stains on clothing.
