Properties
Ibuprom has analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic effects. It is used for headaches, toothaches, muscle pain, back pain, bone and joint pain, as well as menstrual pain and fever.
Composition
The active ingredient is ibuprofen.
1 film-coated tablet contains: 200 mg ibuprofen.
Excipients: Tablet core: powdered cellulose, corn starch, pregelatinized starch, guar gum, talc, crospovidone (type A), highly dispersed silicon dioxide, hydrogenated vegetable oil; Coating ingredients: hydroxypropylcellulose, macrogol 400, talc, gelatin, sucrose, kaolin, powdered sugar (a mixture of sucrose and corn starch), calcium carbonate, gum arabic, titanium dioxide (E 171), white pigment – Opalux White AS 7000, carnauba wax, black ink – Opacode Black S-1-17823.
Dosage
Always take this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. If you have any questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Children 6 to 9 years (body weight 20–29 kg): Take 1 tablet every 6–8 hours after meals. Do not take more than 3 tablets per day. Children 10 to 12 years (body weight 30–39 kg): Take 1 tablet every 6 hours after meals. Do not take more than 4 tablets per day.
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 hours after meals. Do not exceed the daily dose of 6 tablets.
No dose adjustment is necessary for elderly patients.
Side effects can be minimized by using the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible time to relieve symptoms.

Do not take Ibuprom if you: are allergic to ibuprofen or any of the other ingredients of this medicine or to other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs); have ever had allergic symptoms such as rhinitis, hives, or bronchial asthma after taking acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs; have a current or previous active peptic ulcer, perforation, or bleeding, including those related to NSAID use; suffer from severe liver failure, severe renal failure, or severe heart failure; are taking other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, including
