Paracetamol Farmina 250 mg is a medicine used for pain and fever of various origins, as well as for the symptomatic treatment of flu-like conditions and colds.
Composition
The active ingredient of the medicine is paracetamol. 1 suppository contains 250 mg paracetamol (Paracetamolum).
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Paracetamol Farmina 250 mg suppositories are intended for rectal use in children. The recommended single dose is 10 to 15 mg per kilogram of the child's body weight. 1 suppository can be administered 3 to 4 times daily (maximum 60 mg/kg body weight per day). Do not use more frequently than every 4 hours.
Effect
Paracetamol Farmina has analgesic and antipyretic effects.
Indications
Paracetamol Farmina is used for: pain of various origins (headache, toothache, muscle, joint and bone pain, painful menstruation, pain after surgical or dental procedures); symptomatic treatment of colds and flu; reduction of fever in various infections and after vaccinations.
Contraindications
The medicine must not be used in cases of: hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product; severe renal and/or hepatic insufficiency; alcoholism.
