Composition
1 g cream contains 20 mg miconazole nitrate.
Effect
The preparation is indicated for the treatment of fungal infections of the skin caused by dermatophytes, yeasts, and other fungi, such as athlete’s foot.
Contraindications
Daktarin must not be used in cases of: allergy to any of the ingredients; treatment of fungal infections of the scalp, mucous membranes, nails, or injured skin.
Application
Daktarin cream is usually applied to the affected skin areas twice daily.
