Properties
Ointment for the removal of corns. Contains salicylic acid in a keratolytic concentration, which damages keratinized epidermal cells. Salicylic and lactic acid also have antibacterial and antifungal effects.
Composition
1 g ointment contains 400 mg salicylic acid and 100 mg lactic acid.
Application
Apply the ointment to the keratinized areas 1 to 2 times daily. Repeat this for several days. Then soak the affected area in a warm bath and remove the corn.
