Ingredients
Active ingredient: One capsule contains 350.0 mg fish muscle oil with at least 30% omega-3 fatty acids, including 18% eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 12% docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Other ingredients: pork gelatin, glycerin, water, Aseptin A (E 214) up to 517.0 mg. Omega-3 fatty acids, including EPA and DHA, are polyunsaturated fatty acids with multiple double bonds.
Indications
This product supports the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and cardiovascular diseases as well as the prevention of arteriosclerosis.
Effect
Regular supplementation of the daily diet with DHA and EPA reduces platelet aggregation and has a slight blood pressure-lowering effect. In addition, taking fish oil instead of saturated fatty acids lowers cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood, thus reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as cardiac arrhythmias.
Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed: 2 capsules 2 to 3 times daily with meals.
Contraindications
Not recommended during pregnancy or for individuals with hemophilia.
