The medicine has a laxative effect. Dosage
The maximum daily dose of hydroxyanthracene glycosides is 30 mg. This corresponds to a dose of 1 sachet of the medicine. Pour 1 sachet into a glass of boiling water and let it steep for about 15 minutes. Drink 2/3 up to the entire amount of the prepared infusion at once before bedtime. The laxative effect usually occurs after 6-10 hours. The correct individual dose is the lowest dose required to achieve a soft stool. For the first use, it is best to drink 2/3 cup of the infusion. If the therapeutic effect does not occur, increase the dose to the whole glass of the infusion next time (at the earliest after 24 hours). It is not recommended to use the preparation for longer than 7-10 days. It is best not to apply the cream more than 2-3 times per week.

1 sachet of 1.4 g contains. Buckthorn bark (Frangulae cortex) 0.280 g Senna leaves (Sennae folium) 0.140 g. Caraway fruits (Carvi fructus) 0.490 g Elderberry fruits (Sambuci fructus) 0.252 g, Peppermint leaves (Menthae pip. folium) 0.238 g.
