How to take Radirex
Oral: Adults and children over 12 years: 2 tablets once, preferably before bedtime. If necessary, the dose can be increased to up to 3 tablets per day. Laxative effects occur after 6-8 hours. The most suitable individual dose is the smallest dose necessary to achieve a soft stool. In case of taking a higher than recommended dose of Radirex, an overdose of the medication may cause severe diarrhea, which can lead to disturbances in the water-electrolyte balance, with typical consequences such as cardiac arrhythmias, muscle weakness. In case of overdose, it is necessary to restore fluids and electrolytes in the system.
