Thanks to these substances, part of the carbohydrates remains undigested and is excreted from the body. Gymnemic acids are the main component of the extract from gurmar leaves. They have a beneficial effect on the function of the mechanism that blocks excessive glucose absorption. They support carbohydrate metabolism and influence the proper glucose and insulin levels. Systematic intake of gymnemic acid supports the maintenance of an adequate blood sugar level and influences the correct function of the beta cells of the islets of Langerhans in the pancreas, which are responsible for insulin synthesis. Vitamin E helps protect cell components from oxidative damage, B vitamins play an important role in normal cell division. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to energy production in metabolic processes. In addition, vitamin B6 supports proper glycogen metabolism, which is involved in the conversion of carbohydrates. Folic acid, in turn, contributes to the proper metabolism of homocysteine, which is important for the cardiovascular system. Chromium is an important component of GTF (Glucose Tolerant Factor), which controls the action of insulin and helps normalize blood sugar levels. It supports carbohydrate metabolism and the proper utilization of glucose in the cells.
Dosage
Take 1 tablet orally 2 times a day, before meals, one tablet before breakfast and one before lunch.
