Properties
Calperos is recommended for use in cases of increased calcium requirements (e.g., during growth phases in children and adolescents, during pregnancy and breastfeeding). It is also recommended for people with osteoporosis, during convalescence, and after bone fractures.
Ingredients
1 capsule contains: Active ingredient: 1000 mg calcium carbonate, equivalent to 400 mg calcium ions, and excipients: magnesium stearate, talc; capsule shell: titanium dioxide (E171), indigocarmine (E132), gelatin.
Effect
Calperos contains calcium carbonate, the most readily absorbable source of calcium in ionized form. This ingredient contributes to the formation and mineralization of bone tissue, promotes nerve conduction, and helps maintain electrolyte balance. Calcium also influences blood clotting and the function of the cardiovascular system.
Dosage
Take the capsules orally with a meal. Children over 7 years and adolescents: 1 Calperos 500 capsule up to 3 times daily. Adults: 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily.
