Characteristics
Our ground flax product is ground flaxseed obtained through a defatting process. It is an excellent component of a daily balanced diet. Flaxseed has a positive effect on the functioning of the digestive system, supports intestinal peristalsis, and facilitates proper bowel movements. In addition, flaxseed is naturally gluten-free. Preparation Recommendation
Pour 3/4 cup of warm water over 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed. Let stand for a few minutes, stirring frequently. Can be consumed up to 2-3 times daily with milk, fruit, juices, yogurt, or honey. Ground flaxseed is excellent for enhancing soups, breads, sauces, and breakfast cereals.
